Each week we churn a unique creation — usually only a couple of batches. We post it on Facebook the day it goes in the case, and when it’s scooped through, that’s it.

Specialty Sundae
A sundae that’s not on the menu every day. Right now it’s the Waffle Chip Sundae — your choice of two scoops, two wet toppings and a candy topping, with whipped cream, cherries and waffle chips. Prices vary — ask at the counter.

These four don’t come and go — they’re on the menu every single day.
Hot Fudge Brownie SundaeVanilla, a warm triple chocolate fudge brownie, hot fudge, walnuts, whipped cream and two cherries.
Banana SplitThree large scoops of fresh banana, your choice of three sauces, walnuts, whipped cream and three cherries.
Reese’s® Explosion SundaeReese’s® Peanut Butter Cup ice cream with hot fudge, peanut butter, Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cups, Reese’s® Pieces, whipped cream, and two cherries.
Oreo® OverloadOreo® pieces on Oreo® ice cream with six whole Oreo® cookies stacked around the edges, hot fudge, whipped cream and two cherries.

Flavors thatcome and go
These live on the full flavor list, but you’ll only see them at the right time of year. Pumpkin in October, egg nog in December, apple cider when the leaves turn. We’re a seasonal shop, so we try to work these in toward the end of our summer season.
Apple Cider Sorbet
Real cider. Arrives with the fall.

Local Maine farm apples, cooked down.
Egg Nog
Goes as fast as it arrives.
Indian Pudding
Molasses and cornmeal. Genuinely old.

Coconut and dark chocolate.

The case changes constantly, the specialty sundaes come and go, and somebody’s always trying the Flavor of the Week for the first time. This is what it looks like.
