We’re looking for people who are organized, dependable and conscientious about cleanliness and food safety, with outgoing, bubbly personalities who want to interact and have fun with our customers.
You must be at least 15 years old. The uniform is a blue Big Licks logo shirt, khaki shorts, socks and sneakers. We look for very bubbly, outgoing personalities — and our employees are featured in print and online advertising if they're interested.
Motivated employees get promoted into leadership. Shift leaders open and close the shop, manage inventory and train new employees — and are paid at our highest hourly rate.
